Crowdowning s Danielem Rajnochem, CEO Invest Bay
Dalším ze zajímavých hostů našeho podcastu je Daniel Rajnoch, který založil a aktuálně rozvíjí fintechový startup Invest Bay. Tento startup se zabývá crowdowningem, který je podobný crowdfundingu, ale více propojuje investory s vlastnictvím dané věci - v případě Invest Bay nemovitosti. Detailněji crowdowning Dan vysvětluje v samotném podcastu.
Jednou ze zajímavostí, o kterých jsme se bavili, je využívání tokenů zapsaných na blockchainu k reprezentaci vlastnického podílu. Dan vysvětluje zajímavé záměry, jako je tvorba sekundárního trhu s těmito tokeny nebo třeba koncept investor votingu. Řeč byla ale také například o spolupráci s partnery jako Mastercard, FinTech Hub CEE a o dalších zajímavých tématech.

Kevin Zhang, Partner at BCV - Investing in the next generation of fintech and business software
Zoey Tang hosts Kevin Zhang, partner at Bain Capital Venture. At BCV, Kevin partners with inception-stage entrepreneurs at the intersection of business software and financial services, with particular emphasis on finserv enablement, productivity & automation, and data infrastructure.

Kevin Zhang is a partner at Bain Capital Ventures, leading early-stage investments in financial technology and developer products. Previously, he has invested in companies including Argyle, Column Tax, Alloy Automation, Hightouch, and others.
Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Kevin was the first business hire and Head of Product at Fundera, a lending marketplace acquired by NerdWallet (NASDAQ: NRDS). Kevin built the initial content and acquisition marketing efforts, before leading roadmap, user research, and analytics as Head of Product. During Kevin’s tenure, Fundera grew from 5 to 65 employees, raised $20M+ of venture capital, and was ranked #69 fastest growing company on the Inc. 5000 in 2018.

Most recently, John served as the Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Advisory Software, a practice management and technology firm for the wealth management industry, representing over $70b in reportable assets. John holds a degree from Davidson College and lives with his family in Nashville, TN.
