Hello beautiful soul, my name is Titi Joerres, pronounced tee-tee j-air-es. Welcome to Pause in Power, where I will be offering weekly doses of mindfulness and meditation. Join me as I walk you through guided meditations, breath work exercises, and the occasional Yoga Nidra practice. These practices may range anywhere from five minutes to a half hour. Some may be done on the go and others require you to pause in power. Let’s take a pause together to slow down and really enjoy this journey we call life.
