Happy New Year! I want to take a second to say thank you for being on this journey with me and to share with you my exciting plans for 2018 and beyond.

This year, I am focusing even more so on investing in my own wellbeing, making a wellness plan and taking the time to stick to that plan all year long. Investing in my wellbeing can mean a lot of different things, from my nutrition to fitness to even my tribe I’m surrounded by - it all plays a part in my overall wellbeing.

Small changes that lead to big shifts is the central theme of this show and my work so I challenge you to change one thing each month this year and see how your life will be forever changed by the end of the year. Let’s keep shining all the way through 2018!
