Signs that you are in a narcissistic abusive relationship:

How to get out of a narcissistic abusive relationship:

  • Get curious about it if you suspect you are in one.
  • Do research about signs that you may be in one right now.
  • Distance yourself from the other person to be able to see clearly what is going on.
  • Look for support to help you through your abuse experiences, let go, and forgive.
