In this episode we start with a talk on how to deal with anxiety during stressful times such as this, lead you through a short breathing exercise and leave you with one of the most relaxing sounds I know, the sound of the water on a tropical beach.

There are a number of positive and protective actions you can perform that can help deal with the anxiety you may be feeling now:

  1. Like practicing good hygiene - I’m sure you have heard many times now how important washing your hands is
  2. Staying home when you feel sick, and if you cough, making sure you cough into the interior of your elbow
  3. Making good food choices. Skip the donut but be sure to treat yourself from time to time
  4. Get some exercise - if you can’t get outside, there are lots of quiet exercise you can do indoors which will do wonders for how you feel
  5. Try to get as much sleep as possible
  6. Be kind to yourself and others
