Tonight as we get ready for bed I want you to lay back, get comfortable, and close your eyes. One of my favourite sounds is raindrops on the roof or window. so tonight we are going to take slow, deep breaths in and out and Iisten to the sounds of rain (there is some gentle thunder midway way through the podcast).
