Relationships evolve, priorities shift and many times we also find a shift in how we are showing up sexually.
We might have bought into the ‘story’ that alcohol is a ‘sexual lubricant’ that helps us loosen up. Or, we might actually have a partner who expresses “you were more fun when you were drinking”. We might feel completely in our head and find it hard to connect with our body in a way that makes sex feel natural and fulfilling.
