He has come to recognise that a lot of the popular goal setting concepts like “work/life balance” and “smart” goals are actually ineffective for most people.
Rather than 'work life balance', Brad believes that what we are all really striving for is well-being, a state characterised by health, happiness and prosperity. In order to achieve this state of well-being, we need to approach goal setting, from a new perspective.
