Frontman of The Script, Danny O'Donoghue talks to Paul about his life and career. From bring brought up in a musical family and pursuing his passion for music his whole life, to reflecting on how precious life is and how important it is to do what you love. Danny shares how he has practised meditation since he was 15 years old and how this has taught him to be more ambitious and dream in technicolour. He talks about his values in life, what traits have got him to where he is today, as well as his mission to find out why music is important to us. He also touches on mortality, how death brings everything into sharp focus, and it's not death that he's scared of, it's not living.
