S4E2: Kathrine Switzer: Fearless Marathon legend
EN - As part of the exhibition Free To Run - on the road to the Paris 2024 Marathon, the second podcast in season 4 explores how women's personal and social freedom was won through running, thanks in particular to some trailblazing women in the 1960s.
To talk about this, Véronique Lugrin, health and performance specialist and founder of the Centre Enmouvement Lausanne, welcomes Kathrine Switzer, runner, author, journalist and commentator, the first woman to enter the Boston Marathon in 1967 and winner of the New York Marathon in 1974.
