In each episode, you'll discover a time-tested question to boost your happiness that you can Journal about and also reflect on as you meditate. This is day 2 of a 7-day 10-Minutes of Happiness meditation series, episodes 2208-2214. THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a 10-Minutes of Happiness Journaling Quest. You're encouraged to journal about happiness every day this week. No worries if you're not a big fan of journaling!
