George Crotty - Chronotope, Cello, Cross-Cultural Jazz

George Crotty is a cellist who released his second jazz trio album, Chronotope, on July 22nd, 2022. The trio features cello, bass, and drums, with some percussion, and reflects his experience earned graduating from Berklee and playing in New York. He plays Indian classical music and traditional Arabic music, and he and I have a mutual friend in Gabriel Dubreuil; a violinist with whom he forms the Loose Roots Duo.
