Born and raised in the Himalayan villages of Nepal, Justina is a proud honor-roll graduate in tourism and hotel management. She\'s been producing/presenting a radio show all about the tourism and hospitality sector on a local radio station since the pandemic hit Nepal.

Daniel Craig, Vancouver, Canada

Daniel brings a wealth of experience in travel, technology and marketing. He is the author of three mystery novels set in hotels published my Midnight Ink Books. Having experienced the joys and pains of online reviews as both a hotel manager and an author, in 2008 he started Reknown to help hotels and travel companies take control of their online reputation. Since then, Reknown has worked with hundreds of hotels, travel organizations and tech companies around the world.
