By the age of 23, England Flanker Tom Rees had reached a World Cup final and become an Premiership and European champion as part of the all-conquering golden generation at Wasps. And then, with the rugby world seemingly at his feet, injury struck. At 27, Rees had to make the heart-wrenching decision to hang up the boots.
