- Understanding and knowing what your mission is – one assumes this is a given, but sadly, not for many nonprofits.
- Reviewing a nonprofit’s current scope of activities, and determining how to measure those efforts.
- Making sure those efforts are measured against definable, quantifiable SMART goals.
- Fundraising feasibility studies, are they relevant?
