Coronavirus has NYC on lockdown. We sat down with NYC Parks Department Commissioner Mitchell Silver to discuss the ways in which residents can and cannot use the parks. We also discuss Mr. Silver’s love of running and the ways in which the pandemic could affect the NYC Marathon later this year.
