我們在天上的父：
謝謝您藉著聖子耶穌基督的苦難，讓我死在罪中的悲慘生命，可以得到救贖。
我凝視聖子的苦難，因他受的刑罰，讓我得平安；因他受的鞭傷，讓我得著醫治
我凝視聖子的禱告，凝視在客西馬尼園禱告的身影，感受聖子即將面對與父神暫時隔絕的傷痛，那一個晚上，聖子的禱告是如此懇切，汗珠如大血點 滴在地上。我凝視聖子的禱告，內心被愛激勵，靈裡更加儆醒。
我凝視聖子，那位曾經掛在十字架上，犧牲生命的神羔羊。
我凝視聖子，凝視那被刺穿的雙手雙腳，那有如紅寶石般的血滴，從那被荊棘冠冕刺傷的額頭上，流了下來，
我凝視聖子，凝視那受難的耶穌基督，在十字架上，「皮肉撕裂與骨頭拉扯」所交織的痛，伴隨著聖子急促的呼吸。讓我驚訝的發現，這世上，竟然有人為了愛我，將自己的生命，如水傾倒出來…
