本周陳韻如老師帶來用電鍋就可以簡單完成的3道肉類料理~
1.梅子蒸排骨:用太白粉、醬油跟米酒醃軟骨仔肉,加入紫蘇梅肉、蒜頭、辣椒蒸80分鐘
2.剝皮辣椒蒸雞:雞腿肉切塊用剝皮辣椒汁等醃1小時,另取剝皮辣椒切段、薑末、紅辣椒絲、蔥花攪拌舖在雞腿上,電鍋用半杯水蒸再燜熟
3.臘腸蒸雞:整支雞腿用薑、蔥、醬油、蠔油、米酒等醃3至4小時,廣式肝腸或臘腸用米酒沖洗,和雞腿一起蒸熟,最後再切塊擺盤
