It happens all the time. You're scrolling through GDQ vods, and you see a category with something crazy like Low% in the title. And it's like, you've seen that before and your friend explained it to you and it was very clear but also no it wasn't. Well we here at Need For Speedrunning feel your pain and want to help with our new series “Speedrun Glossary”. We've enlisted the help of Zelda speedrun extraordinare gymnast86 to help us define Low%, discuss some of the more ridiculous examples, and even brush up on some Max%. So join us as we embark on this journey, but please don't pick anything up.

Well howdy! Been quite a while since we got us a new deputy here in Raccoon City, especially one with a knife that seems to silently scream like yours does. I was busy listening to JHobz, Bradley, and Luigi talk all about the RE2 Remake with Bobby The Blacktastic, but it’s getting harder to hear over the low roar of your knife crying out for weird monster eyeball! Does it do that often? Cause the boss is usually hungover in the morning, fyi. Pit Stop: Final Fantasy X
Welcome to the first NFSR Pit Stop! In this series, we're going to look into topics, ideas, and runs too big or broad for a regular episode of Need for Speedrunning. Leading things off, we take a look at a long RPG run to see how runners have broken them over the years. When we picked FFX and its 10 hour run, we sure didn't expect to find one of the most convoluted RNG systems in video game history, but luckily @Davesterio was there to walk us through the drops, the skips, and the most beautiful sounding glitch in the world! AGDQ 2022 & Kingdom Hearts 2 Randomizer Co-op Race
It's that time of the year again. With Awesome Games Done Quick barely finished, Brad and Luigi manage to drag Hobz and Spike into the studio to get their thoughts on the event overall. After notable runs and highlights, they dig into Spike and Hobz' race against RoseCurel and Violin in a Kingdom Hearts 2 randomizer seed. It was a record breaking, close racing, donation raising, blindfold filled GDQ, so come hangout and find a new favorite run!
