This episode was inspired by Mrs. monkii. We were chatting before dinner and I was reflecting that "If I had to write a book on nutrition, I'm not sure what I would write...". This forced me to actually think and synthesize my thoughts. I am by no means an expert, but I believe that I eat really well and that there is a danger of paralysis by analysis when you try and get too granular with your 'diet'. In fact, I don't even like using that word - diet. I much prefer to encourage people/monkiis to develop a nutrition philosophy that they can seamlessly incorporate into their life.
