095: Breaking Up with the Coaching Industry: Liberating Your Expression & Embracing Your Truth
Today, Rachael dives deep into a juicy conversation all about the potent experience where she is declaring that she is breaking up with the coaching industry. This is not about bashing the industry. This is not about breaking up with being a coach.
We’ll be getting into dismantling the confines and limitations around the conditioning of what you “should” do, how you “should” market, and what it means to create lasting success. Dissolving conformity and living in mediocrity by boldly cultivating and forging your own unique style in how you speak, create and show up in the world. Why so much of what’s taught is a creativity killer that creates an echo chamber of sameness. The power of choosing to leave behind what you once did and who you were even when it was financially abundant and lucrative. Liberating your expression and choosing integrity over popularity.
In this episode, Rachael gets into
* Sharing what has been so alive for her over the past 5 months, and her knowing that where she was going was going to require that she let what once was die
* The regurgitation of ideas in the coaching industry and the conformity that comes from that cycle, which stifles creativity
* How the echo chamber of sameness takes away from the truth of what coaching actually is, coaching is not the same as marketing your business
* The shift that started to happen after the wedding
* Shifting her identity through some of the deepest grief of her adult life, decomposting into a rich fertile soil for growth

* How her mission and the business she desires is so much more than teaching the finer details of marketing and how to sell or get clients
* That the inbetween can look like a loss of finances or things looking quite, because you’re outgrowing a lot of the ways in which you were being
* When you’re trying to be like someone else and show up as something other than who you are, it kills your creativity
* When she looked at who is showing up in the world in the way she wants to show up that really inspired her, they weren’t identified as being a coach.
* The coaching industry is a niche, and she’s not into being niched-down
* The mind-virus that tells you you are not enough, and that when you shift how you’re showing up, your art will attract those that want to work with you
* Grieving what was once had, that what got you there isn’t where you get to go next
* Who are we waiting for to just do it and be here now and be the fullness of who we are
* When you claim the fullness of who you are, you are going to make people both fear you and be in awe of you
* Are you willing to betray yourself or reject yourself in the pursuit to appease someone in some specific industry or niche?
* How safety is an illusion if you are not being who you actually are
* Am I being in integrity with who I’m here to be?
* What makes this “so much” is that so many people are indoctrinated into these ways of showing up or marketing, Tik Tok is really bad for this
* Feeling into what your bigger vision is, it requires a level of honesty with yourself
* The pain and struggle required to really look at yourself in the mirror and ask, “who do I need to become?”
* The difference between perseverance and resilience, in resiliency you get to take your foot off the gas to actually feel what's happening around you
* The work of learning and choosing to let yourself feel deeply
* Choosing your integrity over popularity
* When you’re speaking from your center, what people receive from you supersedes the mind and is a transmission from soul to soul, it’s incredibly potent.
* What if I’m feeling into my big vision and it’s not super clear, but I know there’s something big there?
* Playing in the mystery, being in relationship with the unknown and existing in the deeper presence of your life
When you let yourself be in your truth and in the fullness of your spirit and you embrace your multi-passionate essence, you ditch the labels, you ditch all the shit you’ve been taught that doesn’t serve you, the prosperity, liberation and abundance that will be birth from that place will be beyond what you ever thought possible.

094: Liberating Your Expression: The Challenge of Showing Up As Who You Actually Are
Today, Rachael dives deep into the importance of exploring your identity and liberating your expression by being unapologetically yourself.
She discusses how to get clear on your self-concept and how to shift your identity, as well as how to be mindful of your actions and still embrace who you are, even if you are not for everyone.
Additionally, Rachael emphasizes the importance of work that’s deeper than just creating success and how it's really about who you are and being liberated. Finally, she challenges listeners to consider how they are showing up in the world, and how they can move differently as they expand their visibility.
In this episode, Rachael gets into
* How and why the identity you hold is literally where true transformation and change occurs
* Exploring what is under the surface, the identity-based beliefs that are expansive and those that don’t support who
* Dismantling the binary, there is always nuance and it’s all happening right here, right now
* The need to understand who you are being inside of what you are doing
* Getting more clear on your self-concept and being very honest with yourself about what is actually true for you right now
* Meeting yourself in the eyes of love to shift your core beliefs and be more embodied in what is actually true for you
* Holding yourself through the lens of “I’ve got my back no matter what, I am unfuckwithable,” And recognizing that you are still a human being through this.
* Shifting her identity from what she previously experienced in her childhood as she birthed her business into the world
* Moving away from compartmentalizing who you are and embracing your multifaceted self
* Inviting you into the question of who are you giving your power away to?
* Is your need for acceptance greater than your need for being true to who you are?
* The inevitability that as you grow your business and get really big that there will be moments that break your heart or shake you
* Her belief that true fulfilment comes from devotion, self-discipline, befriending discomfort and being the type of person that can hold themselves through the wide range of sensations, not just the ease in life
* Why it’s extremely dangerous to box yourself into a binary way of thinking, and the need to see the nuance
* How the idea of never causing harm is an impossible fucking standard.
* The importance of internalizing that liberated expression and being unapologetic in who you are is not synonymous with being an asshole and not being mindful.
* If and when you believe that you have caused harm and acted out of integrity, own that and repair where that harm was caused.
* Having discernment in what is for you and what is not, and recognizing that you can be liberated and be mindful of your actions
* The invitation to acknowledge that you get to truly embrace who the fuck you actually are and that it’s absolutely okay that you are not for everybody.
* That you get to change your mind, you get to evolve and grow and that different things can be true for you on different days and that’s okay.
* Holding the emotional intelligence and the flexibility in your nervous system that is needed as you expand your visibility in the world
* The work is so much deeper than creating success, how much money you make or how good your branding is, it’s about who the fuck you are and being liberated.
* Things to consider around how you are showing up in the world surrounding what you allow into yourself
* Where you’re headed next is going to ask that you move differently

093: What I Stopped Doing to Create a Multiple-6-Figure Brand

092: Making Decisions with Self-Trust and Integrity
In this episode, Rachael shares two super important pieces that have helped her build a multiple-six-figure brand & feel grounded in her integrity throughout the process.
In this episode, Rachael gets into
* The importance of understanding that there is always more to learn and ways to grow.
* The beauty of working in different spaces and experiencing the unique tone and perspective of another coach or teacher.
* The beginner’s mind in the world of social media and marketing, and being willing to be bad at something new in the pursuit of becoming great
* Applying a beginner’s mind with everything in your life, avoiding the “I know it all” attitude and being open to receiving coaching and challenging your perspectives
* Consistently investing in the spaces and people that expand you.
* Her investments in herself
* The nuance of investing in yourself, that you don’t “need” to invest, but what happens when you do follow your desires and invest
* Receiving support as someone who supports others, and the very real human emotions that come from being human
* How valuable support from others is in her being able to show up in the capacity that she does
* Taking a long-term view of investment, knowing that the return on investment won’t necessarily happen overnight, but doing it anyways.
* Utilizing the resources that are available to you, and the weird distinction between student loans and credit cards or business loans
* The difference between debt and investing in yourself, your vision and your dreams
* Investing in a container with a teacher or coach is about so much more than just the information that will be provided, it’s about who you become in the process
* Why investing in a mastermind is so f*cking powerful, and the amazing magick and community that occurs with all the other people in the space with you
* Expanding your vulnerability edges through masterminds, and showing up as yourself and for yourself in the edginess of being in community
* The difference between a 1-on-1 container and a Mastermind, and the exponential growth that’s possible by rising alongside other leaders
* Making decisions that are in alignment and integrity with who you desire to be, not just what you see in front of you or who you see in front of you
* Having self-trust as a foundational aspect in making decisions about investing in yourself and your business, and trusting that the decisions you make are for your fulfillment and desires
* How feeling nervous to jump into what’s unfamiliar is normal, but to not let that keep you back and to learn to expand your ability to tolerate that discomfort
