A corporate executive turned social entrepreneur, Rohini Vaishnavi founded The RV Learning Foundation in 2019 to provide necessary skills and know-how as well as counselling to women which would make them financially independent, educate underprivileged children and employability skills of youth. Being a mother, she has experienced the challenges that women go through on their way to pursuing a career and drew inspiration from her struggles.
