I was talking with a newer agent and they asked me "How can I appear confident when I don't feel confident?" And I thought that would be a great question for the podcast!! 

A lot of people would tell you to "fake it 'til you make it!" when it comes to confidence. 

Personally, I think it's more powerful to MAKE IT. Make your confidence. 

So my answer to the question "How can I appear confident when I don't feel confident?" is another question: "What would make you feel confident?" 

The answer to THAT question is how you MAKE your confidence.
