Play • 36 min

Manny Hernandez shares his journey into tech and how his personal experiences have impacted his growth and career trajectory.  Manny thrives at the intersection of culture, inclusion, and social impact, helping organizations shape their brand and create people-centric experiences, products, and content. For 20+ years, he has built new teams, functions, and organizations, aiming to create a sense of belonging and common purpose.

Among the first people to join Livongo in the Bay Area, Manny helped grow the company from 50 to 600+ employees, going through 2 M&As, and IPO (NASDAQ: LVGO). He’s held several SVP roles at Livongo Health since 2015. He was Product Manager for the first ever Glucose Meter with Over-the-Air; he created a DTC channel for Livongo for Diabetes; and he built the Learning & Development and Workplace functions from scratch, and was Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Recognition, and Volunteering initiatives.
