The topic of sleep is not talked about often enough and ever since I started coaching, it became clear to me really quickly that so many people neglect their sleep, and it’s funny considering we spend so much time sleeping from the day we were born! Vivian and I dive deep into this topic around sleep and there were things even I never knew about sleep.
