#467: Die Wahrheit ĂŒber Salz â gesund oder ungesund?
Salz ist lebenswichtig. Dein Körper braucht es, um zu funktionieren â egal, ob beim Training oder am Schreibtisch.
Problematisch wird es, wenn Du entweder ZU WENIG oder ZU VIEL Salz zu Dir nimmst.
Fehlt Dir Salz, bringst Du die PS nicht auf die StraĂe.
Umgekehrt hört man immer wieder, dass ĂŒbermĂ€Ăiger Salzkonsum zu Bluthochdruck und Herzkrankheiten fĂŒhrt. Die Forschung scheint jedoch nicht ganz eindeutige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
