İmdat Öner discusses the results of the massive purge that took place in the Turkish Foreign Service in the wake of the 15 July 2016 coup attempt as well as a Eurasianist turn that accompanies it, and explains how that amounts to a critical shift in the Ministry's traditional code of conduct and role vis-à-vis the foreign policy making of the country.
