Behfar Jahanshahi on What it Means to be a 'Small Giant'
I get asked the same question a lot: "Tell me the name of an organization you think really has achieved Predictable Success." I always answer the same way: "OK, but you'll likely never have heard of them." That's because the most exciting, innovative, focussed, joyous organizations that get into (and stay in) Predictable Success aren't the behemoths that we all know. Instead, they're organizations - businesses, not-for-profits, cause-based NGO's - who, unless you live in geographical proximity to them or operate in the same market as them, you'd never know they existed. It's one of the undiluted delights of what I do that I get to meet and work with these organizations, and the outstanding people who lead them, every single day. I met one such leader, and his outstanding business, when I stepped of the airplane (yes, this was in the before times) in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where I spent two eye-opening days with Behfar Jahanshahi, CEO and founder of Interworks, as he led his outstanding, global team through their annual conference. As soon as I heard Behfar deliver his keynote I knew I wanted to bring his personal story, his leadership philosophy, and the remarkable growth principles behind Interworks to the Predictable Success tribe, and last week, I was able to sit down with him and explore all of that, and more. Enjoy and learn from a truly remarkable Predictable Success leader. p.s. Behfar's closing explanation of how and why he has built Interwork's 'giving back' program is particularly outstanding. Don't miss it.

Tony Hsieh, CEO Zappos & Jenn Limm, CEO Delivering Happiness
When my book Predictable Success was released back in 2010 it reached #2 in the Amazon Bestseller list (as well as making the top 10 in both the Wall Street Journal and USA Today lists). The book that prevented me hitting that coveted #1 slot was 'Delivering Happiness' written by Tony Hsieh, the then-CEO of Zappos. Despite that egregious slap in the face, I swallowed my pride and later sat down for an incredibly insightful interview with both Tony and Jenn Limm, the CEO of Delivering Happiness, the consulting company that the book spawned. What with Tony's recent announcement that he is stepping down as CEO of Zappos, I thought it was a timely moment to listen again to one of the scaling community's early poster boys: p.s. You can judge for yourself if what Tony said almost 10 years ago about the robustness of Zappo's culture and its then-future plans stood the test of time. Leave your comments - in your opinion, did Zappos future turn out as Tony portrays it? Let me know!

An Interview with Carey Nieuwhof. In our interview today you'll hear Carey share about: - Carey's journey from lawyer to highly successful church pastor to internationally known and acclaimed leadership coach. - How he successfully handed over leadership of his rapidly growing church - and the succession lessons he learned for all leaders - The degree of denial he sees in church leadership during the COVID crisis - and the blind spots we're all facing as leaders. - The crucial distinction between pivoting and innovating - and how he has applied that in his own business. ...and much, much more.

Interview with Russ Fletcher
As the CEO of Xyngular, Russ has extensive leadership experience, having worked both in and out of the network marketing industry in key positions for nearly 20 years. “One of the things that I most enjoy is seeing people achieve greater results than they themselves ever thought possible. That typically comes from building a team which is always stronger than the sum of its parts. Xyngular has a great team.” Russ graduated from MIT with an engineering degree and BYU with an MBA. He has an immense knowledge of IT systems and technologies, as well as business and market development expertise. In fact, before relocating to Utah to join the Xyngular team he was consulting at Harvard University.
