Olga is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Design at Medibank, a position she has held since April 2017. Prior to this role she was Human Centred Design practice manager at Nab Labs.

In this episode Olga gives a deep and unique insight into how she has built her team and cemented their key role in the business (after the design team was disbanded a few years ago), how Medibank use multiple sources of 'live' data to drive better customer experience and deliver value for members, and her advice for driving grass-roots innovation.

Olga passionate about the people side of innovation and on top of her in-house experience she brings an impressive list of qualifications includes an MBA from the London Business School, a Degree from London School of Economics and Political Science, she’s an NLP Practioner, an Agile scrum master, and has studied Design Thinking for Innovation at University of Virginia.
