Deryk Engelland, the original leader, on and off the ice for the Vegas Golden Knights, joins Craig to discuss his 11 year career, his decision to call it quits, and his new exciting opportunity working for the Golden Knights as a special assistant to owner Bill Foley.

Deryk talks to Craig about what it was like when he gave his famous speech opening night after the tragic events on the Vegas strip, winning the Mark Messier leadership award and going to the Cup final in the first year of existence for the franchise.

Deryk also talks about his connection to Vegas from the ECHL, the art of the fight and how he battled for 6 minor league seasons before he made his NHL debut.
