Recently, we had very longtime member Jason Jenson on the show and on this episode we chat with longtime Rock Star Inner Circle members Matt and Gino Spada.  Gino has competed in Body Building for years and together with his son they own and operate G&M Fitness in Port Colborne, Ontario (www.GandMFitness.com).  We met them a decade ago and they began aggressively investing all over Ontario.  Gino's daughter runs multiple Dance Wear stores and www.DanceWearOnline.ca.  We discuss diet, the changes they've seen in the Niagara region, and why they bought properties all over Ontario.
