Play • 44 min

This episode is about resilience. To explore this topic, I speak with Dr. Larry Richard (J.D. Ph.D)  - a world leading expert on the psychology of lawyer behaviour.  This episode defines resilience, considers why lawyers are typically not resilient,  offers tips on how to improve their resiliency and shares some insight for in-house leaders. We also perform some myth-busting about the trope of the perfectionist lawyer.
