Katie Carpenter is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Her approach blends physical fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching to guide clients towards their wellness objectives.
Katie’s holistic methods incorporate functional movement, strength training, breathwork, and mindset techniques. She is dedicated to helping people achieve peak health through comprehensive wellness strategies.
