We’re in a high and Holy Week, so we’ll do things a little differently. There are multiple readings for Maundy Thursday, for Good Friday, and for Easter Sunday. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week, we’ll hear the Old Testament and Psalm reading. On Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday and Resurrection Day—yes, we’ll have two bonus podcasts this week!—we’ll hear the epistle and gospel texts for Holy Week. Each day we will also hear the events of that Holy Day.
Our Old Testament reading is from Exodus, chapter 12, verses 1 through 14, and our second reading is Psalm 116, verses 1 through 4, and 12 through 19, which foretell the Triumphal Entry of Jesus. These are read by Pastor Chuck Bylkas.
