Jason is a Founding General Partner of Emergence, the first early-stage venture firm focused entirely on the enterprise cloud. The firm has been an early investor in companies such as Salesforce.com, Veeva, Box, Bill.com, Doximity, SuccessFactors, Yammer, Gusto, ServiceMax, SalesLoft and many others. Currently, Jason serves on the Boards of ASAPP, BetterWorks, Drishti, Lotame and Oyster and as a board observer at Gusto and G2.
Jason was named to the Forbes Top 100 Venture Capitalists Midas List and has served on the board of the National Venture Capital Association. Jason also served as Chairman of the West Coast Research Center for Harvard Business School and on the advisory board of the Rock Center for Entrepreneurship.
