Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, or OCDs, can be highly debilitating. They can disrupt your daily routine, your functioning, your over-all behaviour, as well as the harmony within your family. A lot of people do not understand what an OCD is, but usually use the term incorrectly, which increases the stigma around the condition.
During this pandemic, many have reported a heightened degree of their obsessive and compulsive behaviours, especially when it comes to trying to avoid catching the coronavirus.
In today's episode, I speak to Purba Sen, once again. We explore what an OCD is, how to spot the signs, and how to deal with it during this pandemic.
