Just like a picture is *never* as good as the real thing... I really try to do yoga justice by talking about it, but what I (or anyone else) can tell you about it, is equivalent to a low-quality polaroid picture of the real thing (and even that's an overstatement.)
Exercise is the cure for depression, will help eliminate self-doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, feeling wobbly or weak... it will help you feel graceful, strong, beautiful, peaceful, present, powerful, flexible...
Want to stand tall instead of be hunched over as time goes by? Do yoga! Want to chronologically reverse your age? Do yoga! Want not only L๐K better but to also FEEL GREAT in your own body? Eliminate stress, anxiety, worry... (I know I said those already, but they're worth repeating, because being able to leave them in your past is such a blessing...)
