In this episode, I interview Nicole D’Angelo about mindfulness, yoga and meditation. We talk about the stress and burn-out that’s being felt right now, how meditation can help and how to get started when you really don’t feel like it. This is a beautiful invitation to gently reclaim the power of your breath, your time and your mindset. Enjoy!
