Joan Low left a banking career at JP Morgan to take on the challenge of making mental healthcare seamless and affordable. A mental health caregiver herself, Joan saw first hand the need for better mental health literacy, affordability and access in Asia.
As the Covid 19 pandemic and lockdowns around the world highlighted the importance of mental wellness, in late 2020, ThoughtFull launched the ThoughtFullChat app. The app is a subscription based service which offers daily chat based coaching with a mental health professional as well as a catalogue of tools to help to you track your progress and resources on everything to improving sleep, to coping with burnout.
