Action: Change it up. Sometimes when we have routines, it is good to change it up every once in a while. Changing your routine breaks up the monotony you may be feeling. It helps you revive your energy and keeps things interesting. Try a different lunch place. Try a new exercise. Bond with your friends and family with a new activity. One thing I do, is I try to be sponfreakintaneous, which means go wild and do something for yourself. See what happens when you change it up.

You are Needed. And most importantly,
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
