Topic: Do This When You’re Feeling Overwhelmed
Action: When you’re feeling overwhelmed, the best thing you can do is get your thoughts and feelings down on paper. Don’t edit, don’t censor, just start writing. When you put it in a notebook, you could call it journaling. If you’re more of a digital person, then type it out.
Now, when you’re stressed because you have too many things to do, first thing to do is just write it all down. Don’t stop and think about any of it, just get it down on paper. Only after you’ve written it down as you’re remembering it, do you go back and organize it. Arrange your to do by priority and due dates. Work on the things with a higher priority and/or earlier due date first then work from there.
It’s okay to be Overwhelmed, just remember you don’t have to stay there.
You are Important.
You are Worthy.
You are Awesome.
You are Loved.
You are Needed. And most importantly,
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
