Action: I want you to focus on taking care of your mental health at least if not more than you take care of your physical health. Take breaks, write down your gratitude statements, speak affirmations and meditate. Biggest thing you can do for your own mental health is talk to someone.
You are Normal.

You are Strong.
You are You and that is what the world needs.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are Awesome.
You are Loved.
You are Needed. And most importantly,
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
