In this episode we discuss the benefits and challenges of meditation in today’s busy life. If you’ve heard all the celebs talking about how TM* changed their life, but it didn’t work for you, or feel it’s impossible to clear your mind, or maybe have just really never really tried it, then keep listening. I will share practical tips for success. We are not monks living in a cave and for many of us sitting quietly for 20 minutes twice a day chanting isn’t realistic. Our minds have a million browsers open, but have no fear… meditation comes in many different forms. Horseback riding, singing, praying, running,showering, even shopping can be a meditation. Hear how my self proclaimed ADD guest brought short guided meditation into her bustling over scheduled workplace and her staff cheered for more!
