A few years ago I overheard a couple of women talking about how Kundalini changed their lives. Devine feminine energy, breath of fire, kriyas, and all that other stuff. At the time all I knew about Kundalini was what I had seen as a child. People in the park dressed in white loose clothing with big turbans wrapped around their head, chanting and signing. Even sometimes dancing. Well it's come a long way since then and so have I. Brought to the west from India in the late 1960's Kundalini is having a revival of sorts and there couldn't be a better time! It has been called "The Yoga of awareness," and is said to ignite powerful transformation and even lead to spiritual awakenings. Look what it did for Gabby Bernstein....plus it can give you amazing abs, lol. Just ask Gwyneth, Jennifer, Gisele, or Seal. But what is it really?

In this episode I sit down with International Kundalini teacher and founder of LightHouse Yoga Center, Julie Eisenberg (ERYT-500) to explain and demystify what Kundalini yoga really is and what you can expect.
