COTA SA presents Voices on Ageing
Finding things to do that are fun, keep us moving, use our brains and keep us in touch with others is so important at every age – including as we get older.
In Voices on Ageing we introduce you to people sharing their personal stories and experiences building connections at different points in their lives.
Over six episodes we’ll hear from guests about how they’ve reconnected with life and their community, how they have overcome challenges and what contributed to their success.
If you, or someone you know, is feeling stuck or disconnected, or you are looking for some inspiration then this is the podcast for you.
Voices On Ageing was recorded on Kaurna lands with thanks to our program partner, Adelaide Primary Health Network.
COTA SA is an older people’s movement. Our purpose is to promote the rights, interests and futures of South Australians as we age.
