Learn to honor that which we have in common.
A good leader is intentional in discovering ways to honor others.
Here are three thoughts to consider:
#1: Storytelling. Learn other’s stories and be ready to tell your own
#2. Let others know you SEE them.
I. First, Slow down and let curiosity guide you.
II. Pay attention to others strengths and then be ready to acknowledge them
#3. Be willing to explore that there is a difference in knowing what a person looks like or sounds like to knowing who they are.
