AT L.A.S.T. is a non-profit established to provide education, consultation, research, and clinical care related to the health and wellness of school districts, colleges/universities, professional sports, clinical settings, and other community based programs to address disparities taking place in underserved communities. This intro episode introduces the podcast arm of the non-profit and its founding members.

8. Curate and disseminate information, data, regarding matters related to patient care and outcomes, specifically for black minority populations
9. Provide a platform for experts to speak on cultural diversity matters in sports medicine, particularly those of black/AA and other minority groups
10. Representation: Give Black communities, and subsequently other minority groups, exposure to athletic training and sports medicine professions and services by allowing them to hear from voices and see professionals who look like them and/or who they can identify with.
