One of the things that lead to depression and anxiety is trying to control what is out of your control. Very often we don't realise what is within our circle of control, just knowing this can help to reduce our suffering and especially our anxiety. In this episode, I go through some of the things that are in our control, and more importantly the things that are not in our control.
