 The IEA is a great initial starting point. Their latest report on “The Future of Hydrogen” is the best regarded report in this field, while their website has a wealth of information on projects, deployments and cost considerations:

 Another excellent overview of hydrogen projects, largely in the European context, comes from the World Energy Councils “New Hydrogen Economy: Hype or Hope” report.

 Perhaps the most famous report in recent times on hydrogen is the 2017 Hydrogen Council report “Hydrogen scaling up”, which is a vision document on how large the potential hydrogen market could be:
