Jeff Riseley is the Founder of Sales Health Alliance which he created to empower salespeople and leaders to reach peak levels of sales performance and well-being through better Mental Health. S.H.A. is an alliance of salespeople, sales leaders, health experts and technology providers who are building awareness around mental health within sales. They help fellow salespeople and sales leaders feel comfortable talking about Mental Health and share best practices to navigate stressful situations in a mentally healthy way.

Through survey research conducted at Sales Health Alliance, Jeff identified that at least 43% of salespeople struggle with their Mental Health and the opportunity to reach peak levels of performance and well-being through better Mental Health is massive. Data from the WHO shows every $1 invested into treatment for common Mental Health disorders (anxiety, depression, burnout, etc) there is a $4 return in improved health and productivity.

Through workshops, consulting services, and technology, Sales Health Alliance empowers salespeople to start breaking down stigma, share best practices for managing mental health in the sales trenches and make it normal to talk about mental health in the workplace. Jeff reminds us that vulnerability is our biggest strength towards building genuine relationships and lasting connections with others. Creating a space where it's ok to be vulnerable within sales, at work and in life in general is important to achieving long-term success.
